‘TIL DEATH DO US PART(Y)

One of the most decadent stouts we’ve made, a blend of dark malts and even darker sugars.  A product of mixed fermentation and alchemical wizardry (a.k.a. “chemistry”), it has a viscous dark maple syrup quality and a touch of warmth without the fire.

We were comissioned to brew it last year and it has been quietly conditioning in our chiller. Created as a beer fit for a wedding ceremony, specifically for the happy couple oh-so-realistically depicted on the label art (pancake blanket and all), this will spark in you a love for dark beers you’ve not previously known.
